Many businesses are starting to recognise that the natural capital crisis is a business crisis and they need to better identify, measure, value and prioritise their impacts and dependencies.
We know managing your natural capital impacts and dependencies is a journey that can sometimes feel overwhelming. We Value Nature’s training modules break down the natural capital journey into concrete and manageable steps. Our training materials provide logical and practical guidance on key steps, approaches and tools to integrating natural capital in decision-making.
We have currently developed two training modules which have also been adapted to the Food & Beverage sector. We are developing a third module which will be available in late 2021.
The main training materials are centred around the Natural Capital Protocol, a decision-making framework that enables organisations and business to identify, measure and value their direct and indirect impacts and dependencies on natural capital.
Depending on the audience or level of understanding, you might want to spend more or less time on a topic. We have therefore adapted the content so each module can be delivered over multiple durations.
We want you to use and adapt these ready-made materials in your training, seminars, workshops or conferences. Help us spread the word about the importance of integrating nature in business decision-making and help make valuing nature the new normal for business.
We would love to hear your feedback on the material and how you’ve made use of it. Please get in touch at: Training@wevaluenature.eu or submit your resources to the We Value Nature media library.
